In the title page of The Epworth Press' 1928 edition of the novel, the title is printed int he page's top quarter without a period. The author's name Susan Warner is printed below followed by a list of three separate works. An inscription taken from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem, "To a Child," appears in the page's middle. The Epworth Press and J. Alfred Sharp's address is listed as, "London, 25-35 City Road, E.C.1."
