The author's pseudonym Elizabeth Wetherell is printed in the page's middle. An inscription taken from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem, "To a Child," appears between two decorative rules. T. Nelson & Sons' address is listed as "London, Edinburgh, and New York."
