Ward, Lock, and Co. used this red, cloth-covered binding for an [1882] edition of The Wide, Wide World. The title is placed in front of stamped white lilies. A stamped ribbon is wrapped around the base of the flowers denoting this book is part of "The Lily Series."  The cover also uses black ink stamping on top of the red cloth, forming a border and a background for the white lilies.

The front cover of the 1867 Milner & Sowerby "The Wide, Wide World Library" Reprint has an ornate stamped design and a gilt "Wide, Wide World Library" logo.

This is the front cover of the [1853] Clarke, Beeton, & Co. reprint, version 1. The cover is faded on a brown background and features an illustration of Ellen and her parents framed by illustrated greenery which houses the title and publication information as well.

This is the front colophon for the 1853 H.G. John "Standard Library" Reprint. The Constitution Island Association is stamped below "London: Bradbury and Evans, Printers, Whitefriars."
